Argos wanted to integrate new technologies to improve their business. Bryan of Yellow Yoyo was commissioned to work closely with Andy Morrey of Argos and between them they coined the phrase ‘multichannel retailing’ and produced the multichannel strategy that transformed Argos into one of the most successful retailers in Europe. This work enabled award winning initiatives such as ‘Click & Collect’ and ‘Text & Take Home’ which are much imitated by others.
