Wickes

We developed a store personality review for Wickes which would improve the customer’s journey from home marketing, finding products in store, the purchase process and after sales support. We developed in-store communications, wayfinding signage and product display leading to a brand new store concept in Maidstone. We also produced stands at the Ideal Home, Gardeners World and National Homebuilders exhibitions and were behind the strategy and design of their first e-commerce website.
