arise news london office & studios
Yellow Yoyo were introduced to Arise by existing client TIMA. Arise is a global news network founded by Nigerian publisher Nduka Obaigbena, and has bureaus worldwide and studios in London, New York, Johannesburg and Lagos soon to be broadcasting 24/7.
The new Arise offices are on the ground, 8th and 12th floor of New Zealand House, home of the New Zealand High Commission, in Haymarket, London SW1. The 8th floor offices are opposite the Yellow Yoyo designed TIMA offices.
The multi-million pound space is their European headquarters and incorporates full broadcast facilities, editing suites, meeting spaces and office space for their network of journalists, technicians, production staff and senior directors. The office space provides 21st century working space for around 50 people.
Yellow Yoyo managed the entire project, including concept and detailed design, all construction drawings and project management of the site and application of Arise branding. Due to the Grade 2 listing of New Zealand House, Yellow Yoyo have also handled all liaison and approvals with Westminster Local Authority.
The project will be completed imminently.
